Assumptions:-

1) Only one member of the team is required to devote his/her time for every operation apart from the person supervising apart from Phases 1 & 2 in the development stage , where two members are required

2)Though a member may not be directly involved in a task,he is allocated some work and is therefore paid for the entire work period.

3)There is no lag time between tasks ,and no delays occur or are accounted for

4)Three months has been considered as 90 days.

Viability of the Softwares available in the market.

Each software will require 60 days cost of purchase package (15 days for each department) which is equal to 348000
