Accenture was formerly know as Arthur Anderson and started conducting business under the name Accenture on January 1, 2001. Accenture is a Bermuda holding company with subsidiary, Accenture SCA, a Luxemburg partnership limited by shares. The Comp SCA. Accenture operates its business through subsidiaries of Accenture SCA (www.bigcharts.com).

Background
Accenture’s mantra is High Performance Delivered, meaning that our clients receive superior results; one of the main reasons Accenture has been successful is by having quality employees. Currently Accenture does not have a formal training program for its employees and sub- contractors. What I would like to be implemented at Accenture is a web-based training program on the company’s internal portal (Website) for new employees and sub-contractors, where business etiquette is addressed (e.g. dress, groom, communication, etc.) Ethics, training on computer programs/languages, company policies, career counseling, and how to behave in the workplace.
Also I would like to implement audio/video capabilities to Accenture’s existing internet infrastructure; this will add a very important vital component for prospective clients, employees/sub-contractors more aware of the company’s functions and services. In today’s global marketplace or world, people comprehend more efficiently by seeing visuals or hearing audio live.
Solution Design & Development
Databases
The use case for the web-based training program will be to store the training programs that will be viewed by employees and sub-contractors.
The use case for enhancing Accenture’s existing internet infrastructure, by adding audio/video capabilities would employ a database that will store audio recordings, virtual images, videos, and images.
Programming
The use case for the web-based training program will require software that will require software. That will enhance minimize and problems that the trainee may encounter. The software will also require if the trainee has any questions or feedback; the software will initialize and respond to the questions.
The use case for enhancing Accenture’s existing internet infrastructure, by adding audio/video capabilities to the company’s website, will require software. That a programmer to implement and modify the audio/video capabilities into Accenture’s website.
Networks
The use case for the web-based program will be an intranet network, on the internal portal that is used at Accenture.
