Telstra Corporation Limited (Telstra or "the company") is a telecommunications and information services

company offering a range of communications services, including broadband, mobile and voice services.

The company has presence in over 20 countries, including the UK, the US, Hong Kong, New Zealand and

China. Telstra has majority of its operations in Australia.

The company's operations are managed through five business segments: Telstra retail (TR), global

enterprise and services (GES), Telstra wholesale (TW), Telstra operations (TOps), and all others.

TR provides a range of telecommunication products, services and solutions across mobiles, fixed and

mobile broadband, telephony and pay television (Pay-TV). The segment is also engaged in the operation

of inbound and outbound call centers, Telstra shops (owned and licensed) and the Telstra dealership

network. The company supplies Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) cable services to its Foxtel joint venture and

distributes Foxtel products. In addition, Telstra provides a connected health information technology (IT)
