Essay title: A View of Sports
A View of Sports
What are sports? They basically consist of doing some physical activity that is completely useless except for increasing our strength; improve our fitness and providing "fun." While I consider the former to be the major real value of sports.
As I said, sports increase strength, and that was pretty much the purpose of them to begin with. This actually has positive real-life side effects, like increased life-span, being able to work longer, etc. I must emphasize that, since this is the only real way to build strength, this is a very important aspect of sports.
Doing sport is also a way to maintain our health. We can maintain a healthy body weight by being physically active. Do exercise regularly. Experts say that if we do the exercise 30 minutes everyday can boost our energy all day long. So no matter what sport you like, or how busy you are with your work, try to spend some times to do your favorite sport, not just watching them on TV.
