When regarding to airport security, Mineta said, “ While the security Procedures are not based on race, ethnicity, religion, or gender of passengers, we also want to assure that in practice, the system does not disproportionately select members of any particular minority group.” In other words, little old ladies traveling to see their grand children, blind and disabled people, and other elderly couples will frisked and hassled threw airport security., to avoid offending Islamic extremists.
