THE AMERICAN DREAM

So what is this dream all about? One would probably describe it as being rich and famous, some would probably say that it is to have a lot of power; however, our personal definition of an American dream is the ability to have freedom, being able to get the highest level of education, being successful in finding a good job, having a healthy and happy family, and eventually letting that grow into successful life. All these factors make up the American dream and exist as a goal for every person who is trying to reach it.

Over the years many people have come to America in search of freedom of religions, freedom of speech, the privilege of getting a good education and much more. Even when the Puritans came hers, they were in hopes of being able to escape political prosecution and being allowed the freedom to practice religion.
