The first company that I observed was McDonalds. The way that they conduct their business is that, first customers have to come in and get in line to place their food order. Once their order is in the customer waits on the employees to put the order together for them. After the first employee places the order the second prepares the food and put it in a bag, while another employee makes the drinks. After everything is prepared the employee that places the order would be the one that gives it to the customer.

All entry-level candidates for operational positions shall be required to have the same minimum qualifications. All operational employees shall be cross-trained at basic levels of EMS, fire prevention, fire suppression, hazardous materials and technical rescue. The Department shall offer current single-role providers basic training for all hazards on a phase-in basis. The Department shall allow single role providers to meet adjusted fitness standards that fairly and reasonably accommodate their incumbent status, including their age and level of experience. All employees shall have the same basic pay and benefits. In working in a grocery store there are different task in which different employees take responsibility for.
