In our business plan, we are proposing a lighter that depends on an electric filament to ignite. Our main feature is its flameless function. We are integrating the technology in the car lighter with a better electric filament. Our product’s main advantages over the car lighter are its portability and ability to reduce current drainage as compared to the car lighter.

Different variants of the electric lighter may be sold to meet the need of different market segments. Although the most obvious segment this lighter serves are the smokers, our group wishes to target the initial launch of this product to adventure seekers such as hikers and mountain climbers, including the smokers who fall into this group as well.

Product Description

The electric lighter makes use of a dry cell battery to heat up a filament which is hot enough to light a cigarette or burn a paper. The temperature of the filament is comparable to that of a liquid gas lighter.
