Darfur

Divestment in Darfur is one of the most cruel, viscous crimes I have ever heard of. How is it that so many companies can give money to fund weapons for genocide? How come there are so many countries that don’t try to put a stop to it? To many people these days have the attitude of “I’m not the one over there so it really don’t matter to me”. What if it was you or your family getting brutally raped, murdered, and beaten? I bet your attitude would change then. If people could go for one day and see what it is like over there they would think twice about where they put their money and who it is affecting.
