How to Get an a in English

It is very important too get good grades in school. It is even more important to get good grades in English. For some of us though, it may get a bit complicated so I will discuss three ways how to make sure you get an A in English class or at least do not fail it. The three I think are most important are showing up for class, taking notes, and doing your homework. And here is why.

Firstly, take notes. When you write things down you retain them better. If you do not remember everything and forget a certain formula or a way of doing something you can always refer back to your notes. Also you can use them to study from and to help you figure out areas you do not understand as well and figure them out or write it down so you can ask in class.

Next I would pick doing your homework. Doing your homework allows you to reinforce and expand your knowledge of the subject. Also, when you receive your homework back from the professor, graded, you can look at any mistakes and learn from them and how to correct them. The teacher may also have written comments on how to improve your work or expand on ideas and help you think of new ones. Lastly it makes you think a little harder than normal and thats always a good thing.
