Our client John Proctor has been charged with the crimes:
• Convincing Mary Warren to stand against her beliefs, and therefore putting her in danger of hanging.
• Lying to save his own and then dying to make himself look like a martyr.
• Adultery
Proctor has done many bad things. He’s a lecher who led Abigail to think that he loved her. Doing what he did led a lot of innocent people to die because Abigail did whatever she could to have John. Yes, he convinced Mary that if she said the so-called truth god will be on her side and no harm could come to her, and while she was doing that she was almost convicted of witch craft and was about to be hung herself. John also lied to save his life but ended up dying making his self look like a sacrifice.
