I wish to address an urgent matter.
I am a member of LIUNA__Laborer's International Union of North America__I have been a member for six years

I am a certified 'Washington State Traffic Control Supervisor'
My duties as a 'Traffic Control Supervisor' include overseeing employees as they perform their functions on the job, which include various types of temporary traffic control. Flagging and the installation and removal of traffic control devices used in traffic control setups. As well as instrumenting the traffic control plan.
As a supervisor in this field it is my job to promote safety. My own, the employees under my supervision, and the general public's.
The general public's safety is paramount. It is my responsibility, my duty to ensure that all precautions are taken,to ensure that accidents are avoided. The responsibility of ensuring motorist's safe travel through our 'work zones' is besides the safety of my employees a vital part of my continued employment. Liability would cost me my job. But an even greater loss could be a life, even my own.
There exists an alarming problem amongst our county's 'criminal justice system' that as circumstances would have it , that's exactly what they are about to do.
Take a life.
Recklessly!__
Negligently!__
If my job_ my career_ demands my attention for the 'safety of the public'. Holding me accountable and liable for their safe journey through the 'jobsite' placed under my authority.
How much more does_ 'an elected official'_ paid with money_ that our tax dollars contribute to.
The public's safety and well being are at risk.
I declare a state of emergency in ------- County!!
T------ County's _negligent_ and _reckless_ actions have literally destroyed_ my family. They have utterly ripped the husband and father right out of his home, literally tore to shreds the security_ safety_ and _matrimony _that once was the foundation of our family_ our marriage_ and our home.
Completely__ and I don't know how else to completely_ clarify __COMPLETELY__ entirely_ beyond reasonable means _and measures_
'Have went beyond the call of duty_ beyond the boundaries_ set by me as a wife_ and mother_ 'overstepped their boundaries' _to the point of entering a home_ where they were not welcome_ or needed _to delegate who may live there and who may not_. They have delegated who may be a part of this family_ and who may not!_ They have delegated who may be a part of my marriage_ and who may not!_
HOW DARE THEY?__ HOW IS IT THEY CAN UPROOT AN ENTIRE FAMILY_ CAUSING THEM TO SUFFER TREMENDOUS BURDENS, __AGONY,__ HEARTACHE, __GRIEF? __ CAUSING MENTAL ANGUISH__ IRREPAIRABLY__. CAUSING POVERTY__ AND HOMELESSNESS!!!__ HOW IS IT THAT A FAMILY MAKES A UNANIMOUS CHOICE __TO 'STICK TOGETHER__ THROUGH THICK AND THIN'__ 'FOR BETTER OR WORSE'__ ONLY TO HAVE THURSTON COUNTY __BUTT IN __AND TAKE IT AWAY?
ALL WHILE__ 'TECHNICALLY'__ THE LAWS ARE BEING _MISCONSTRUED_ TO SUPPORT THE 'FIGHT AGAINST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE' __SO AS THEY _VIOLENTLY _DRAW ARMS __ON MY HOME_ AND MY FAMILY __LEAVING WHAT ONCE STOOD _IN UNITY__ TO LAY IN WAIST, __TO LAY IN UTTER DESOLATION __ THEY CAN BOLDLY _AND PROUDLY_ RECITE THE LAW _GIVING THEM POWER TO PROVIDE PROTECTION __WITHOUT INFRINGING __ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF AN INDIVIDUAL?__ WHILE NOT EVEN ONCE EVER CONSIDERING THE __CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS __OF THESE INDIVIDUALS _AS MEMBERS OF A FAMILY'!!! __ EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLEARLY TOLD THEIR _PROTECTION_ WAS__ UNNECESSARY __AND __UNWELCOME!!!!__
THE FIRST AMMENDMENT ASSURES THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY IN THE HOME. WHO ELSE IS SUPPOSED TO LIVE
THERE?__ IN THE HOME?____ THE FAMILY.
THREE YEARS NOW MY FAMILY HAS BEEN UNDERGOING __RELENTLESS DESTRUCTION__ AND __TORTUROIS TREATMENT!!!__ ALL IN COLD BLOOD!!!__ I CHOOSE__ TORTURE__TO DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE__ BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THE LONG_ COLD_ LONELY_ NIGHTS__ FEEL LIKE__ SINCE MY HUSBAND'S__ FORCED ABSENCE.
THE LONG NIGHTS__ I SUFFERED __ALONE__ WHEN MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER DECIDED_ MY_ AUTHORITY WASN'T TOO MUCH FOR HER TO REBEL AGAINST ___AND BEGAN RUNNING AWAY__ SO THAT SHE COULD CHOOSE _HER OWN BEHAVIORS __AND
