I want to be that person they can come to and talk to whenever they get into trouble or even have a problem. I also understand that I will also need to be hard on them and let them know that just because they have made a mistake does not mean they can not go on and better their life.
My specific goals in place for accomplishing this career are attending and graduating from college. I will be doing any summer interns that involve this career choice. If I am not able to do the internship, I will go to different probation offices just to observe what they do on a daily basis.
The job expectations I have are to be the top probation officer in the state. I know I have a long way to go to get to this job, but I plan on going through police academy so I will have a better understanding of the law enforcement. This means I will most likely become a police or correctional officer to better prepare me for
