Essay title: My World View
My Worldview
As I was growing up I was taught to believe in God. My mom told me everything I do God is watching me so I shouldn’t disappointment. Every time I’m in trouble talk to God and ask for help. When I ask for help things always get better. So that boosted my belief of God. Then I started to go to Bible classes on Sundays. I would attend and they would teach me even more things about God, how he created me and everything else in the world. It made sense to me because I didn’t learn the science behind it all, but when I finally learn it in elementary I just connected it to what I learned in Bible class. I thought God created all the planets and he picked Earth for us to live on because it was not too hot or not too cold. Then when I was in high school I took confirmation and that when into more detail about God. They taught us that is everywhere and you can feel them. They told me, “how do you know that air is real, you can’t see it but you can feel it just like God.” I thought that was really true because you can’t see air but you can feel it. One of the moments during confirmation they told me to image me talking to God. I image myself at a park by the swings talking to him. Then I could feel me talking to him and I could see him. I believe in God and everything he does. But I don’t believe in the church’s rules about after life you either go to heaven or hell. I believe that after you die and if you are very good you get re-born. I found out that it was a belief of Buddhist people. So I believe in Theism and that God is the one that created everything in the world. I really don’t know how to explain how God is real because it’s very hard. It’s easy to say you don’t believe in something because you can just say it’s made up. Why do I believe in God? Because every time I’m in trouble or need I call and talk to him and everything get better. I believe that is God’s doing. People say that why does God let people die and it’s not fair who he chooses. I think it’s not that they are dying they are going to heaven to help them. I believe God created the people in your life to help you and when they are done he takes them away and it’s suppose to make you stronger. Because having them there they help
