Customers have the ability to interact with each other to discuss the novels that they’ve read or want to read, as well as buy and sell to each other. Various types of payment will be accepted including personal check. Customers will receive a unique user id and password for continuous access to the site.
Market Research
Potential customers for the online bookstore will include avid readers and those that are especially interested in mystery novels. I plan to offer all variations of novels including fit ion and non-fiction. Non-fiction novels will include those surrounding unsolved crimes and things of that nature. Hardcover and soft cover books will be offered.
Markets for mystery novels vary from the young to the old. There is no real market segment. All the customers need to have is an interest in the book. Pricing will vary depending on the size of the book and whether it is hard or soft cover. Customers that are not able to locate the book that they are looking for will be able to put in a request so that we could possibly sell that book in the future.
