I decided on this article titled “At two year colleges, student eager but unready.” This article explains that an overwhelming percentage, nearly half of the 14.7 million undergraduate students attending two and four year institutions, don’t receive their sought after degrees, due to deficiency in basic subjects; such as math and English.
