Essay title: Personal Goals
Personal Goals
As a University of Phoenix student, my personal goal is to complete my degree plan and receive a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. One thing that I have always promised myself when I was in high school was that I wanted to get a college education. I am a first year student at the University of Phoenix. I was previously attending Houston Community College after a four-year break after high school. I started off taking six hours the first semester, then three hours the next. At the rate I was going, it was going to take me three years to complete my degree plan for an Associate's Degree. Then after receiving the Associate's Degree, I had plans on continuing my education to receive my Bachelor's Degree. As a single mother, working full time, I rarely have time to go to a campus for lecture. The flex-net option works perfectly. I can access my class at any time. With the flexibility of the schedules, you are able to earn your degree much sooner than any other university. If I continue at this pace, I should have my Bachelor's Degree in three years. With the use of instructors who are actually working in the profession that they teach, it will enable me to develop the skills needed to perform in today's business world.
There are a few learning skills that I would like to achieve while attending the University of Phoenix. The University offers a numbers of student resources.
