Personal Perspective Paper

When I think about Graduate School I often imagine rows and rows of chairs, big chalk boards, and carrying large sums of books across a huge campus. I envision the only way to receive research on a particular assignment is through a “Google” search. Learning Teams are essential to my career because I will be learning from others experiences; as well communicating with people who have different ideas. This type of learning process creates discipline and time management; which are both tools that I can take back to the office. One disadvantage of Learning Teams is each individual has different ways to communicate which could lead to problems.
