Essay title: Personal Statement

The main goal of my personal project is to raise the awareness and the importance of buisness managment in our society. Through hard work and extensive knowlege, a top quality buisness manager or a senior manager, will do all the neccesary steps in order for a company to function and work properly, but through good organization and planing will not only benefit himself, but the community as a whole.

When I first thought about the ares of interaction I could fit my topic in just about all of them. It seems to me that would be a bit to much and I feel that I need to focus on one or two in particular. Due to the nature of my topic I decide to focus on Homo Faber and the Community service in particular, because I felt that they were the ones most closely related to my topic. Homo Faber is an area which is concerned with the impact of the creativity on society and the human mind over a period of time. Thought this we learn to appreciate the human way to enjoy, transform and improve the quality of life throughout the society.

The specific connection between HF and my project is the creativity and the power of the human mind to improve the quality of life, but to be able to show the connections between the two things, I need to research different materials in order to show the connection between the two. As I mentioned earlier community service is another AOI that greatly reflects my project. It emphasizes community awareness and concern, a sense of civic responsibility, working cooperatively, and the skills needed to make an effective contribution to society. Someone might think that business management only deals with making a profit for that particular business, however, that is not completely true. Top quality managers do not only try to benefit them and their company, but they also try to benefit the community by incorporating the community in their works and attempts to improve the society.

I plan to achieve all this by extensively researching different sources, such as internet and books, in order to achieve my final goal. I will find data and information that are going to answer my main goal. I originally planned on making a kind of comparison essay in which I was going to compare top-quality business management and low-quality business management, however I didn't really succeed. At first, it seemed a great idea; however I couldn't collect enough information. As we all now, nobody really talks
