Personal Strengths and Weaknesses

You know the feeling you get of sweaty palms and nervous anxiety, when you are applying for a job and the interviewer asks, "What are your personal strengths and weaknesses?" Your mind is wandering all-over and you want to make a good impression, but without sounding like an idiot. Not an easy question to answer on the spot, for most people. Sometimes certain things come up and you have to prioritize, which means having to put off others legitimately; but you cannot always use that as an excuse, though. It is hard to get motivated at times, because I seem to put a mental block on things. Once I get going, it's not too bad; but I guess with any weakness, you have to acknowledge it and then slowly overcome it.

Another positive strength of mine is that I have good people
