Add on costs and sales
In addition to the items selling price special charges can be added to an order at the order entry or invoicing stage
The charges can be for:
Costs only to be added to the order and not passed on to the customer. Special charge will not be printed on the acknowledgement or invoice. Costs are added for accrual purposes. It allows us to report accurate anticipated margins.
A selling price only for the charge to be passed to the customer. No costs involved, for example a minimum order charge. Selling price will be shown as a separate line on the acknowledgement and invoice
A selling price with a cost for a special charge. Selling price will be shown as a separate line on the acknowledgement and invoice. Costs will be taken as an accrual.
Special Charges at Header level
The following standard special charges can be added to an order at the order entry or invoicing stage. Any sales prices will be shown as a separate line on the acknowledgement and invoice after the items.
