Essay title: Shoe Company
I first thing that I noticed that I disagreed on and everyone else agreed on was, Two applications for jobs (no positions open right now). I believe this would be one of the least important things to worry about when you have all of the employees that your store needs and delegate this to one of the assistant managers or until it is necessary to deal with it. But I see this being not a priority within the next few days and would be better for business to deal with the other issues first. But I can see why it would be important in others eyes because a possible employee that could be used for an extra or even to fill a spot if someone to leave and even having an extra employee to help out for the next few days so things can get done. One thing that we all agreed on was the second one which was a note to call Mary (salesclerk) about vacation schedule. Employees are very important because if you have no employees you will have no one to help run the store which hurt the profits and so on. So I would be sure to put this on the top of the to do list because I would always want to keep the employees happy and making sure they get vacation when they want will keep them happy. I believe another one that would be of more importance
