Based on the large turnover of employees leaving the organization for reasons like: low moral, stress, working long hours, lack of growth, and no support or communication from management. All of these and other issues can cause good employees to: retire early, transferring to another organization, or resign. It was clear that there was a problem within the organization that Management was not addressing or ignoring. Management did not have the resources or did not want to face the problems within the organization. When moral is low, you can feel it within the organization. The normal potlucks, luncheons, or even sending cards around are replaced with a more non-communicative and negative atmosphere. A person can feel that they are not appreciated or wanted.
These feelings can be felt by everyone in the work environment, and can contribute to low productivity and creating stress and depression within the workforce. If an employee has ever worked in an organization that had some type of management support and high moral in the workplace, then they would know the different between the two types of organization. There are also some employees that have worked for only one organization and unfortunately this can be a disadvantage for that employee. In some cases
