Who gets into America and why?
I as an immigrant think this is outrageous that now we pick and choose who gets in into the country. I anti illegal immigration. As for legal immigration I think everybody who qualifies should be let in to the country. Since when did we become better then anybody else? The people who come here are in hopes of better life for their children and themselves. We should let them enter our economy would be better. And did we forget that this country is an immigrant country?
Since when does a our Government gets to decide how many and who is allowed into the country. If the person had the proper documentation why he or she should not be allowed to enter. Did our government forget that this country is made out of immigrants. Even our presidents and ancestors were immigrants at some point. We should not think we are better then anyone else and not let them in.
Immigrants come here in hopes of a better a life especially immigrants with children. They come here so there children could have a better life. This is part of a reason why my mom moved here so my sister and I have a better life. This was always the land of dreams where everything is possible, where you have freedom. Immigrants make up the majority of America. Those immigrant kids who learn here are our next doctors, lawyers, policeman, and women. Lets face it if this was a perfect world then every country would be same as America, but since its not lets not discriminate against them. I am a American citizen now for the past 3 years studying to be a doctor. I can say that the American
