After observing them, he was informed that they were expected to have a leader who can lead from the front at the time of warfare, for this reason, he offered them to accept him as their leader. At first they took his speech as mockery because of his Slight age but when they realized that he was brave and had a superb personality to lead them then they accepted him cordially as their leader. Without delay he assembled a guerrilla group and trained them. He and the group of trained guerrilla together started guerrilla operation against Pakistani army and Razakar forces (volunteers of Pakistani armed). In the middle point of the village, there was a government primary school, it was the camp of Pakistani army and they run their all of operations through the village Rupnagor from the primary school camp.
