Animal Cell
Nucleus
Washington D.C.
Our entire Nation is governed in Washington D.C and the historical center of our nation The Nucleus gives other organelles instructions similar to our capitol and holds the DNA of the Cell which would translate into the historical background of it
Nucleolus
Copy Machine Production Facility
Creates the needed Copy Machine to produce multiple forms of paper products which are then used for a variety of things
This would be similar in cells because the Nucleolus produces ribosome’s that are needed for protein synthesis similar to a factory that produces copy machines
Cell Membrane
Border Patrol
A barrier that keeps unwanted people and substances out of our country by use of a security force and fences
In a cell the Membrane does the same thing by keeping out unwanted substances and keeping everything within the cell intact
Cytoplasm
Earth Air
The watery substance that engulfs the inner workings of the cell is similar to our air that we as humans breathe in as it is required for life on earth
Cells need this cytoplasm to function properly and maintain a healthy water balance within the cell, the cytoplasm also helps break down substances within the cell to help organelles process better
Mitochondria
Farmland
Eaten by people throughout the nation our farmlands are used to produce food to power out country as the organic fuel of our nation
Within the cell the Mitochondria provides energy for other organelles along with its production of ATP
Endoplasmic Reticulum
Interstate system
Serves as our means of travel between cities and other parts of our nation
The Endoplasmic Reticulum is the transport for proteins within an animal cell acting as a highway within cell
