Abstract
There's a thin line between lobbying and bribery. The difference in the two has to do with the was money handed off to a person compared to money being donated to a party. In the assignment that I have just read there was one particular question that was very challenging. The question was asking how the SLOC can defend their selves against the FACP. After doing hours of resource I found an article in the New York Times that explained what the charges were that could be filed.
