Please check your products before you ship them out to verify that they meet the standards that you require them to be.

The leather that we bought from you is not quite as durable as you claim it to be. This is no mistake we have made quite a few tests and they all come out the same. You claim they are 32% more durable. We test them to be only 12%. Now, unless you make a drastic change manufacturing your leather and make them as durable as you say they should be, we will have to discontinue our services with you.
