Our company named Tasty, form of company C-corporation. Main company is located at Malacca Town. Our business consider as tertiary sector which is sales and services. It is a new business in Malacca Area. The main product that we are selling is sandwich.
Product and Services
Our product sandwich conduct of a lot of favors, the main ingredient is egg, tuna, chicken, jelly and peanut butter. Our product is different compared with the franchise company, Subway. We provide free delivery service to each customer in Kuala Lumpur area. Besides that, all the product in our company is contain a lot of favors.
The Market
Our company using five key drivers to be success in the market, that is connect, inspire, focus, organize and build. Since 1980’s, a lot companies want to offer a low calorie fast food to public but failed. So, the market for sandwich is becoming more demanding after a lot of people found that the fast food is an unhealthy food for them. We will market our product to family sector which sector prefers healthy food in life. For educating our customer to buy from us, we provide a lot of secret present and advertise the important of having a healthy lifestyle. The target market of us is families’ members.
Competition
We are facing the competition in regards to the overall quality and differentiation of our products, and in the cleanliness and quality of our seating area. Our sandwiches are all of the premium quality. Area of every branch is cleaned before start the business hour. Besides that, we hired a Cleanliness Manager for manage each environment of branch. We will differentiate the taste of customer from favor, bread and ingredient used. Our aim of service is provide the faster and efficiency service to each customer. From the competitor, we are learning to improve our quality on sandwich to suit among the customers.
