Child Abuse & Neglect
Having a child is something that is supposed to be an experience that is supposed to last a lifetime. Children need lots of attention when they are born, and they need to properly be taken car of. As sad as it is there is a large problem with child neglect and abuse. In the following paragraphs I will explain what abuse and neglect is, what makes it bad, and why I think my solution is best for this major problem in the United States.
There are people all over the world that are unable to have kids, who would give anything for that chance. The sad thing is people take advantage and neglect to care for them. This is caused by parents that have problems of their own that can't be explained. A study shows that many of the largest murderers and serial killers have been victims of child abuse. When a child is neglected or abused as a kid it sticks with them for the rest of their lives and they can't control it. This also causes them to grow up treating their own kids the same way.
There are babies born to uneducated parents, who are not ready to bring another person to the world. Most of these parents start with punishment, but what happens when their kid has a temper tantrum in public. Not knowing how to handle their temper, they start beating their child. I have a solution to this problem, because everyone knows that beating their child is wrong and doesn't help. Neglect is a failure by the person who
