Racism is where groups of ethnic people do not like another group for being colored, or their religion, gender, etc. Racism is based on color and people the way people judge one other person by their heritage. When you have a white person and a black person competing for a job or trying to go to a good college who has more advantage? The white person does. It puts other people at a disadvantage and puts white people at an advantage.
