However there are still obstacles to the Information Technology (IT) approval such as correct of conflict of return on deal between those the examines which are involved, who pay, those who benefit, many challenges to the working issues in clinical settings, lack of standards and interoperability and concerns about privacy and confidentiality. For example, they depend on communicate through the delivery in the monitor for the health care delivered. I believe that Electronic medical record (EMR) and Electronic health record (EHR) will continue to become wider and after the job responsibilities of health Information technicians. For example, they do use the EMRs and EHRs technicians must be familiar with that computer software, continuing both of EMRs and of EHRs security and analyzing electronic data to improve Health care organization. I strongly support that health information technicians should use EMR and EHR software to keep up data on patient safety, samples of disease and disease treatment and effect. Technicians also may help with improving EMR and EHR software qualifications and may contribute to the development and maintenance of health care delivery information.
