Summary:
Dandy Diaper Service is a small business that is owned and ran by Bob Harris. Bob had instant success when he started his diaper business, impart because he ran an aggressive marking campaign. Dandy’s service is providing diapers, delivered twice weekly to a customers home, washed and sanitized. Over time the development of disposable diapers by big manufacturers came into the market, which has really put a toll on Bob’s business. To add to Bob’s declining business concerns; the Teamsters union is down his throat. Bob is doing everything in his power to keep the union out of his business. Because of the decline in Bob’s business he has been forced to make a small downsize, in which five people were let go.
Facts:
1) Big diaper companies are killing the little guy.
2) The Union is knocking down the door.
3) Workers at DDSC are uneasy with the recent downsizes.
4) Bob needs to either boost sales or sell his business
5) DDSC is the only home diaper delivery service in the area.
