The point of view in this document is that of a Dominican monk in Florence.
This document could be biased in a conservative way because many clergymen are conservative and conform rigidly to the law, but here, the monk says how great all of the rejoicing is.

This document is also written by a clergy member, a Lutheran Pastor. The same bias is true in this document as in document 1, except that this clergyman thinks the festivals are very disorderly.
