Drexelers restaurant adopt values guarantee that customers as well as neighbors will receive excellent care, this value include honest, hard work and treading people fairly and with respect. Beside that they are inquiring about individual needs, equally for long time customers and new ones and always with a smile and warm greeting for all.
Drexeler's restaurant believes that a business should not just involve itself in the community but has the obligation to aggressively seek out opportunities to help others.
2- Is Drexeler's an effective organization? Why?
It is effective organization because the above values satisfy both customers and neighbors by give them high service and great products. Also Drexelers has for many years sponsored a softball team and a local Boy Scout troop.

Start with input of the strong underlying values (honest, hard worker and treating people fairly and with respect) which they then process in order to generate the successful output which is the excellent food customer services.

To treat heart attack patients we need to work as teamwork because in this situation speed is important in restoring blood flow to reduce the a mount of damage to heart muscle. We talk about people life, therefore teamwork is needed to work very fast.
Flexibility, hard worker, honest, communication and ethics are very important values when we treat heart attack patients. Patients with this case need sensitive care because risky of this situation.
In genera above values are very important on hospitals culture; any small mistake may cost the life of patient therefore

Studies suggest that a key feature of employee success is how closely an individual work habit matches the culture in which he/ she is employed. Success in this research is defined as both productively and longevity. A sound understanding of culture is important in making the best hiring, assignment and retention decisions.
As we know any small individual mistake may cost the life of patient, therefore the person must work with team in homogeneous way to safe patient life and as I said in the first question many minds is better than one mind.

Each of the hospital had explicit commitment to reduce delays throughout the process, senior management support for quality improvement efforts, innovative protocols and flexibility in refining those protocols and collaborative team across nursing, cardiology and emergency services, real- time data feedback to measure success and an organizational culture that made hospitals resilient to setback.
Any change in the above event may affect the hospital culture either positive or negative. For example if the management change and focus on the soul of team this will lead to strong team culture. On other hand if the management focuses on individual effort this may to lead to weak team culture.
