Drexelers restaurant adopt values guarantee that customers as well as neighbors will receive excellent care, this value include honest, hard work and treading people fairly and with respect. Beside that they are inquiring about individual needs, equally for long time customers and new ones and always with a smile and warm greeting for all.
Drexeler's restaurant believes that a business should not just involve itself in the community but has the obligation to aggressively seek out opportunities to help others.
2- Is Drexeler's an effective organization? Why?
It is effective organization because the above values satisfy both customers and neighbors by give them high service and great products. Also Drexelers has for many years sponsored a softball team and a local Boy Scout troop.

Start with input of the strong underlying values (honest, hard worker and treating people fairly and with respect) which they then process in order to generate the successful output which is the excellent food customer services.

As we know any small individual mistake may cost the life of patient, therefore the person must work with team in homogeneous way to safe patient life and as I said in the first question many minds is better than one mind.

Any change in the above event may affect the hospital culture either positive or negative. For example if the management change and focus on the soul of team this will lead to strong team culture. On other hand if the management focuses on individual effort this may to lead to weak team culture.
