Equality

I think Equality is the most important tenet of the American creed to me. As an immigrant, I think everyone should be treated in the same way equally no matter what race you are. Racial discrimination still exists in the society today. For example, the average income of white men is at least five times more than the average income of black men. Why is it much easier for white people to get a higher level job? Because white people are the only group that are considered Native Americans. However, there may be a lot more people who work much harder never have chance to get promotion because they have different colors of skin. People are born as equal, and no one is better than another. I think every culture has its own value, and it should be respected. How we determine a person is by his personality but not skin. In addition, people who are disabled are supposed to be treated equal as well. We have no right to prejudge people by their look
