Proposal Purpose

The purpose of this proposal is to provide a new platform and a companywide compliance system.

Project Description

As the company grows it is necessary to implement a single technology platform.  This will allow us to integrate a common database and development environment that will benefit our company as a whole.  The first step is to create a common set of processes throughout the business and place attention on the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning package or an ERP software system.  The ERP will become the main database and development environment within the business.

The new compliance system will incorporate the new laws and regulations and update those that have already been established.  It will also update all the internal rules and regulations set forth by our organization.  The new compliance system will be the core of all the business activities within the organization.  It will be the basis and main resource for understanding the integrity of our company.

Project Stakeholders

The stakeholders of this project will be all management and employees throughout the company.  This means that stakeholders will come from the company throughout the country.  They will all be introduced to the new platform and compliance system.  It will be the responsibility of the managers to train on the new ERP system platform as well as the new compliance regulations for a minimum of ten hours.  The new platform will allow for companywide collaboration on a common database.  This database will give staff the ability to access data that is contained in a variety of different data tables.  The company is responsible for the creation and configuration of these data tables.

Project Objectives

This project proposal is being created to realize a new ERP software system platform that will combine the organization’s systems countrywide.  ERP will give our company the opportunity to consolidate, systemize, and sustain the data necessary for the business to operate.  ERP will allow us to merge together the company’s key operations such as financial, human resource, manufacturing, distribution, and even customer relationships into one common software system.  This new platform will become the core of our operations and essentially the pillar upholding our organization.  It will be the common platform that runs our business.
