1. FedEx Corp. is a powerful package delivery company.

3. One of FedEx strengths is its overnight delivery system

4. FedEx has billions of customers in the world.

5. FedEx revenue rose 11% to $9.6 billion.

6. Traditionally, FedEx corp.'s strongest quarter is the fiscal fourth quarter WEAKNESSES

1. FedEx is not the only package delivery company in the market.

2. UPS is one of the leading package delivery companies in the market.

3. UPS delivers package internationally

4. UPS shipments increase to 6% in 2011.

5. FedEx profit in the fiscal third quarter fell 2% to $231 million.

OPPORTUNITIES

1. Expanding globally is a huge opportunity.

2. Being global is adding more customers.
