Background
Smith Systems Consulting provided a document containing entities and attributes for a potential database to maintain the drivers' log records per discussions with administrative personnel at the request of the operations department.
Three main entities were provided; Driver, Driving Log, and Violations. Each entity has multiple attributes. The table representing the driver contains information about the drivers employed by Huffman Trucking. The table representing the driving log contains information per the drivers' written daily log. The table representing the violations will have information on any moving violation citations the driver has received.
