For our team's Entrepreneurial report interview we chose to write about Jenny Patza who owns her own business called Charlotte Adventure Boot Camp, which specifies in women's only intense exercise programs that meet every morning. Jenny is a really enthusiastic and goal oriented person who has the momentum to accomplish her goals. She has received many degrees and certificates such as: Bachelors in Business with Entrepreneur emphases and Accounting, AFPA Group Exercise Certification, NESTA Certification, and YMCA Certifications. Keeping her goals and dreams in mind Jenny wanted to have a business that helped people, "I am strongly passionate about helping people and even more passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle. I decided to start my own business so that I could make my passion pay by helping others to live a healthier lifestyle.I also wanted to keep my sessions as a group workout, instead of personal training, because I believe that it has more accountability for the participants, builds teamwork, and helps people build friends with motivation. And best of all, I get to coach!" Working from her home office, Jenny opened up her first business. When we asked what problems she first encountered she simply stated, " The highs and lows of being new and knowing who to trust was my main concern. But also I saw that I was trying to take too much on and needed to be consistent and start setting rules." One of the first things that she had to set for her new business was the prices. To try to obtain a reasonable price and not overcharge, Jenny researched different groups around the United States to see what their costs were to take the classes. Since she had her prices she now needed to promote her company, by which she used several different methods, "Word of Mouth, Press Releases, Seminars, and set up booths at functions.
