Infamous

My name is Ahmed and I come from a family full of doctors. Back in my home East African country of Yemen, my great grandfather was one of the main doctors in the Northern Region. He was well known for his accurate diagnoses and his excellent service. Now three generations later my uncle has inspired to me to become a doctor through his persistency, his unselfishness with his time to help others, and major display of his satisfaction for seeing a job well done (meaning seeing his patients healthy).

I have high aspirations to become a pediatrician. At the age of 9 I got sick with bronchitis. Being away from my family didn't help, but the team of nurses and doctors that surrounded me made me feel a lot more comfortable and safe. Their constant assurance that I would be healthy made me feel much better inside. Keep in mind that I was away from my parents staying with my grandmother. Being alone because my grandmother was too old to head to the hospital, my doctor Dr. Ali calmed me down and told me what I was sick with and what the treatment was step by step. After the treatments helped me get better, I couldn't be happier and more appreciative of my health then those two weeks after the treatment. From then on I decided I wanted to help other children like my doctor
