Information systems and software applications have come a long way in the past decade, from having to use different software applications for each department, to having one system where all of the information is at hand. Now a company can buy an Enterprise system which takes care of accounting, payroll, inventory, sales, and purchasing. There can be as many as 30 people using the system all at the same time, getting different information. Quick Book Enterprise Solutions is a well known product for small to midsized companies around the world.

Quick Books use to be known mainly for their accounting and bookkeeping programs, and now, with the Enterprise Solutions, they can help a company's Human Resources Department keep track of all employee information, such as raises and promotions, hire date, termination date, background checks, and personal data with the Employee Organizer Overview.

With the Inventory Management part of the software, any manager with access to the program can track sales orders, material cost tracking, advanced pricing controls, cost management and sales management, and many other things a manager may need to stay informed of at all times.
