Magnifasgo will incorporate both the innovation of technology as well as a unique marketing system which will enable our app to stand out from the crowd. Using the android market as a starting platform for our application, Magnifasgo will have both an online website as well as an app for our customers to use. The main feature of our app will be the avatar function that we provide for our customers. Although avatar functions have been used in other online websites, Magnifasgo will introduce a new function to this feature that will allow users to customize their skin colour as well as their measurements to resemble their body proportions. This innovative feature will help us to stand out as well as help attract users to try our app. It would also put us in the forefront of technology when it comes to this avatar feature. We would also be using this as a marketing advantage as most applications and websites do not have such advanced avatar features and thus helping us to attract people to download and use our app.
Our app and website would be linked to one another to enable convenience for our customers so that if they were to make a purchase using the online website, they would be able to view it and check its status using the app as well. As some customers are not comfortable with making purchases using a mobile phone, we have decided to set up a website to provide greater accessibility for our customers. The merchandise that we feature is also unique as they come from various international blog stores as well as several local blog stores. This would allow those who like blog shopping a greater variety of merchandise and stores to choose from. As we act as the intermediary between the blog shops and the end customers, they would not have to worry about language barriers or any other miscommunication. Customers are able to contact us via our service hotline or email should they have any trouble with the purchases or app. As we act as the intermediary between customers and blog shops, it is our job to ensure that the whole process is smooth and that both the customers and blog shops are satisfied. As we would only release the payment to the blog shops once the customer has received the item, the customers can be assured that they will receive their products promptly. This is an added value for our company as we provide assurance and trustworthiness to our customers and business partners.
