JOB DESCRIPTION
The manager is responsible for managing his team, increasing his branch's sales of financial products and services, maintaining customer relationships and attracting new customers.
Duties
• Minimizing lending risk
• Motivating staff to meet targets
• Understanding the needs of individual and business customers
• Maintaining brand image and corporate policies
• Being responsible for staff supervision and training
• Making sure that staff follow rules and procedures to prevent fraud
• Dealing with any customer complaints
• Attending meetings or conferences
• Promoting the bank in the local community.
• Communicating with customers are making them aware about the different kinds of accounts available in the bank
• Helping them choose the most suitable account for their needs and helping them with the formalities
• Telling customers about different loan facilities available and different all information regarding it
• Keeping up to date with the changes in law regarding loan procedures and other related relationship banking works
• Keeping in touch with customers and updating them about new offers and regulations
Knowledge and Skills
• Generally, relationship banking positions require interpersonal communication skills. Depending on the particular duties and responsibilities, employees are required to have a broad knowledge of the different bank services, products and transactions, as well as customer disclosures.

Relationship banking education and qualification
The education and qualification required for a relationship banking job are:
• Bachelor Degree in business, finance or accounting or 5 Years experience and High School Diploma. Bachelors Degree Preferred.
• Professional Certificate in Banking
• Applied Diploma in Corporate Banking
• Applied Diploma in Relationship Financial Services
• Foundation Degree in Banking Practice and Management
