Senior management at Hedland Home Hardware & Garden [HHH] consists of three managers. The owner/operator of HHH oversees the broad running issues of the store. Then there are two managers that oversee the store running issues of the two sheds: the Retail Manager and the Trade Manager.
The critical OHS management role for the:
 Owner/Operator is to firstly commit to addressing OHS into their Business Plan;
 then provide leadership and the time for consultation so that all three managers come to a common understanding of what exactly are their responsibilities in providing a safe working environment;
 and lastly, make available the time for employees to meet, and required resources so that an effective
