Sacred Heart Medical Specialists Hospital Marketing Plan

Executive Summary

Sacred Heart Medical Specialists Hospital (SHMSH) was founded in 2013 by a group of medical and paramedical practitioners of Midsayap, Aleosan and Alamada. It was created when the management of a hospital in Midsayap, previously known as Sara Medical Clinic, opted to close the hospital and offered the building for rent to interested parties. Aware of the need of more hospitals in Midsayap, a group of ten physicians, nine paramedics and four businessmen pooled their funds and started the hospital operations on May 2013. Sacred Heart Medical Specialists Hospital aims to provide quality health care to the residents of North Cotabato at an affordable cost. All doctors of various specialties are affiliated with SHMSH and offer the following services:

Out Patient Consultation

Laboratory Workup

Admission

Immunization

Dispensing of Medicines

Minor Surgical Operations
