Master Skills
People all over the place use different skills each and every day, some in which you benefit from and others you do not as much. A skill in which I truly believe would benefit every human being if every person would master it and use it on a daily basis. The skill I am talking about is Leadership. Leadership has many different benefits such as loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal change. As I go through each of these different parts that combine to make leadership I hope to persuade and also encourage everyone to begin using the leadership skill as much as possible.
Loyalty and duty in leadership is so very important it shows that a person is devoted and respects one another. Loyalty can make your life so much more stress-free if you can have faith in a person, and a person who is devoted to the type of respectfulness and politeness you show. Having loyalty is the trust in every relationship, without trust you don’t have a relationship. Duty in leadership is very important because it shows your responsibility and moral obligation to your duty, task, and or service. Even so much as showing up for jury duty when you are called in to shows your devotion to your duties, tasks and services. Having commitment for your obligations are great for your self esteem towards leadership as well as respect from others who can see this skill benefiting you through this skill.
Respect and selfless service are another great step in leadership. Treating others with appreciation instead of ignorance can go a long way. Also having polite expressions, saying excuse me or thank you, your welcome, bless you, have a nice day, good morning, good afternoon, good night, or good evening are many other polite expressions along with many more shows great maturity and also improves your trust level with another being. Acting selfless by helping another without even thinking twice or putting yourself first and helping another for whether it is charity or volunteering is another leadership benefit. These both are very important, everyone should show respect, I know I treat people the way I’d like to be treated.
Honor, integrity, and personal courage are the last three parts in leadership I am going to share with you today. Having honor lets people look up to you for personal accomplishments as well as with public ones also. Honor is a huge accomplishment in life and many people who complete leadership in their everyday world as a skill will have honor, along with integrity, signifying approval and distinction. With honor you gain a lot of respect from many other people along with admiration. Beings admire when a person is putting something at stake before themselves, winning a game. A good description between honor and loyalty is, we honor a Gods personality, but are loyal to God as principle. Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking and never cutting corners to get certain things
