Mohan's Dilemma

Mohan was a Administration professional in Timbuktu. He had joined Miller's Ltd, from a reputed MNC as the Admin Manager. His major reason for deciding to join Miller's was to get first hand experience on setting up things from scratch and setting up offices and administration team. For a few months, while Miller's was setting up shop in Timbuktu, everything was going fine. Mohan was getting all the support from his managers, peers and other members in the organization.

In fact he got lot of recognition for the work he had done single handedly. He also got out of the turn pay rises, and promotions.

In order to structure the organization further, Miller's recruited a Managing Director, Rahul. As soon as Rahul joined Miller's he started interfering with Mohan's work.
