My Philosophy on Life
My Philosophy on Life
People live they're lives with different mottos and rules to live by. Some live wild and dangerously while others are reserved and quiet. I live my life on a day-to-day basis. I take things as they come and do what I feel is right. I like the way I live and I wouldn't change it for the world. My philosophy on life is simple-take things day by day, one step at a time, keep your friends close and your enemies closer, and never take things for granted. I live by these three mottos along with many others because it helps me get through the days when I'm mad at someone, I'm upset about something, or I'm just ready to give up.
The motto "take things day by day, one step at a time" is a great motto that I adopted back when I used to plan things out way ahead of time and when I would just wishfully think about things. I decided that by taking things day by day, one step at a time, I would make more realistic decisions and I wouldn't get my hope up for things that never ended up happening. I used to plan things out way ahead of time, get all excited, and when the time came, whatever was supposed to happen never happened. So no I live day to day and I just go with the flow because it's much more fun and less hectic because I don't have to worry about a schedule or a date (except for school).
