Online Recruitment
My name is Bill and I will be presenting part 3 of our project which is answering the question “Why online recruitment is so popular?” Roughly ten years ago online recruitment was in its infancy and was only used by people who were very comfortable with computers. Today, online recruitment is part of any organizations smart staffing strategy.
